The RTG coordinator will inform our doctoral candidates about the wide range of equal opportunity activities at the UoC. These include

  • Implementation of a transparent and quality-based selection and recruitment procedure especially to increase the number of female professors.
  • The female career program (FCP). It provides regular training courses in critical areas like networking, presentation, interview techniques etc. This also includes the Cornelia-Harte Mentoring program, which combines one-to-one mentoring with general skill training and networking.
